The personnel is a 10, really attentive and helpful. The food, the amenities, every thing was Excellent. We spent an awesome stay and the dinner was delicious. We beloved Batu Suki Resort and Hotel. We will come again.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife. Beds were being comfy and the space was usually clean. The staff were extremely handy and pleasant and always took care to make us feel good. Rooms are spacious and the closet. Bathroom was also very clean plus the shower was fantastic. Not a very social hotel but maybe was only during our stay.

I like to recommend it totally. The breakfast had almost everything, more than enough wide variety and with wonderful atmosphere. The room was not quite big, but my spouse and I agreed it is excellent.

This hotel was definitely centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were there at every hrs. The beds have been comfy and the other guests ended up generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, maybe my mistake using it. Quite wonderful hotel and wonderful location. I Certainly recommend this hotel!
